Symptom Charts
Operation
No power 1 Check power cable connections and recycle power to printer.
2 Replace power adapter and retest.
3 Reseat logic board connectors and retest. If problem
continues replace logic board.
4 Check that Power and Resume buttons are not stuck on
keypad cover.
5 Replace lightpipe assembly and retest.
