• Encoder Strip: Wipe left
to right (viewed from
front) with a clean lint-
free cloth. Do not pull
hard on the strip.
• Purge Unit: Use a dry Q-
tip only. If deposits are
bad, use water on the Q-
tip.
• Pivot Assembly: Use
water on a clean lint-
free cloth. Dry carefully,
parts left damp may rust.
