• If the ESA phone agent determines the issue to be
hardware related, he/she will transfer the service
provider to Service Provider Support Administration
(SPS) along with a case ID number.
Note:
ESA and SPS have different operating hours, so it
might be necessary to call SPS the next working day.
Call SPS at 905-513-5782, option #3. Be sure to
have the case ID number ready.
3 Using the Apple part number, the SPS phone agent places
an order for the service provider over the phone. The
SPS phone agent then provides the sales order number to
the service provider, updates the Vantive issue, and then
closes the issue.
