You can adjust the screen brightness using the brightness
buttons on the front of the Studio Display DVI or you can use
the Monitors control panel.
Note: With version 1.8.1 (and later) of the Apple Displays
Software, the Monitors & Sound control panel became two
separate control panels: “Monitors” and “Sound.”

Studio Display user’s manual. This page describes the basic
picture and color settings that can be adjusted using control
panels, the Control Strip, Digital Color Meter, and Mac Help.
