1 Adjust front panel brightness (it may be set too low).
2 Shut down the computer and monitor. Disconnect monitor
cables. Check cables for bent pins. Reconnect monitor cables
and restart computer and monitor.
3 If screen brightness has decreased over time, the most likely
condition is the backlights failing. If you suspect backlight
failure, contact Apple Technical Support.
4 Replace the DVI graphics card in the computer.
