Heatsink Cover

Note: The heatsink cover is secured to the computer by three latches below the left side of

the cover. The following two steps release the cover from these latches.

4. Holding a ﬂat-blade screwdriver in each hand, insert the screwdrivers under the

heatsink cover at the bottom left and right corners (illustrated below) and lift up slightly.

Note: As you lift, you may need to twist the screwdriver at the right corner.

5. Repeat this procedure for the heatsink cover’s top left and right corners.
