Power Mac G5 (Late 2005) Take Apart — Logic Board 115
Using a 9/32-inch nut driver, remove the six logic board standos.
Using a Phillips #1 screwdriver, remove the three black logic board mounting screws.
Move the cables and processor power terminal assemblies out of the way. Then carefully
slide the logic board to the left to release it from the three mushroom-head standos.
Tilt the logic board up and maneuver it out of the enclosure, making sure the ports clear the
enclosure openings.
