Installing keyboard files in Windows 95
1 Start Windows 95.
.2Insert the
PC Compatibility Card–PC Utilities
CD into the CD-ROM drive.
3Click the Start button. Choose Settings from the menu that appears, then choose
Control Panel.
4Double-click the Keyboard icon.
5Click the Language tab.
6 Click Add.
7In the list that appears, select the language you want, then click OK.
8Select the name of the language whose keyboard layout you want to use. Click “Set as
Default,” then click OK.
9When requested to insert the Windows 95 CD, leave the
PC Compatibility Card–PC
Utilities
CD in the CD-ROM drive and click OK.
You can only use the keyboard drivers provided on the PC Compatibility
Card–PC Utilities CD.
10 If an error message appears, click OK.
11 Click Browse, then select the E drive in the Drives window.
12 In the Folders window, locate the folder and file you want, then click OK.
For example E:\KEYBOARD\WIN95\GERMAN
