Zooming In or Out
You can enlarge (zoom in) or reduce (zoom out) your view of a sheet.
Here are ways to zoom in or out on a sheet:
Choose View > Zoom > Zoom In or View > Zoom > Zoom Out. m
To return to 100%, choose View > Zoom > Actual Size.
Choose a magnication level from the pop-up menu at the bottom left of the canvas. m
When you view a sheet in Print View, decrease the zoom level to view more pages in
the window at one time.
The Sheets Pane
The Sheets pane is located along the top left side of the Numbers window. It lets you
quickly view and navigate to tables and charts in a sheet.
Click to show or hide a
sheet’s tables and charts
in the Sheets pane.
Drag left or right to
resize the Sheets pane.
Click a table or chart in the
list to select it and show it
on the sheet canvas.
