Interface Cards
This section contains two sets of instructions:
• “Installing” (page 6-45)
• “Removing” (page 6-49).
Installing
Follow the procedure below to install an interface card. To
install the card you will need either a Phillips head
screwdriver or a hex-head nut driver.
These instructions apply to both the 10Base2 Ethernet and the
Token Ring Interface Cards. The Token Ring Card is illustrated
here.

Power OFF the printer.

Disconnect the GFI power cord from the printer.
Discharge any static electricity from your
body before continuing with the next step.
