Radial Blur
This filter creates a rotational blur centered on a point. The effect is similar to the
motion blur you would see if an image were spinning quickly.
Parameters in the Inspector
Center: Sets the position of the center of the radial blur.
Angle: Sets the angle of rotation of the blur.
Subsampling: Sets the number of samples.
Crop: Sets whether or not the object is cropped at its original boundaries.
HUD Controls
The HUD contains the Angle, Subsampling, and Crop controls.
