494 Chapter 7 Using Text
To replace a texture:
1 Select the text object and display the expanded Texture controls.
2 In the Layers or Media tab, drag the image you want to use to replace the existing
texture to the Image well.
The new image appears in the well and is applied to the text object.
Note: When footage is replaced in the Layers tab or Media tab, and that footage is used
as a texture source, the texture is replaced for the text object with the new footage.
To remove a texture, do one of the following:

Click the Texture parameter Reset button.

Drag the image out of the well, then release the mouse button. Poof!
