please have ready the version number of the software you are using (normally
found on the inner ring on the underside of the software disc) along with when
and where you purchased the product. If you are having difficulties with the
PS2™ software please have ready the PS2™ revision number (SCPH#)
found on a sticker on the reverse of the console.
