IfyouexperienceaproblemworkingwithyourMacPro,there’susuallyasimpleand
quicksolution.Ifyouencounteraproblem,trytomakeanoteofwhatyoudidbefore
theproblemoccurred.Thiscanhelpyounarrowdownthepossiblecausesofthe
problemandthenndtheanswersyouneed.Thingstonoteinclude:
 Theapplicationsyouwereusingwhentheproblemoccurred.Problemsthatoccur
onlywithaspecicapplicationmayindicatethattheapplicationisnotcompatible
withtheMacOSversioninstalledonyourcomputer.
 Anysoftwarethatyourecentlyinstalled.
 Anynewhardware(suchasmemory,graphicsorPCIExpresscards,harddiskdrives)
