Find your way
The Finder lets you search for your files in the Finder window. Select the
disk, folder, or network server where you want to search, type what
you’re looking for in the Search field, and press Return. The list shows
the items that match your search. Select an item in the list to see where
it’s located. Double-click an item to open it or drag to move it.
Work with Windows
Mac OS X easily connects with Windows computers on home networks
and corporate networks. You can see Windows servers and shared
Windows computers in the Finder. Turn on Windows File Sharing in
Sharing preferences to let Windows users see your Mac on the network
just like a Windows computer. In addition, Internet Connect lets you
connect to Windows networks using VPN (PPTP).
