Disconnecting a User from the AFP Server
Use Server Admin to disconnect users from the AFP server.
Important: Users lose information they haven’t saved when they are disconnected.
To disconnect a user:
1 Open Server Admin and connect to the server.
2 Click the triangle at the left of the server.
The list of services appears.
3 From the expanded Servers list, select AFP.
4 Click Connections.
5 Select the user and click Disconnect.
6 Enter the amount of time before the user is disconnected and provide a disconnect
message.
If you don’t provide a message, a default message appears.
