Conguring FTP Logging Settings
Logging settings enable you to choose which FTP-related events to record.
For authenticated or anonymous users, you can record:
Uploads Â
Downloads Â
FTP commands Â
Rule violation attempts Â
To congure FTP Logging settings:
1 Open Server Admin and connect to the server.
2 Click the triangle at the left of the server.
The list of services appears.
3 From the expanded Servers list, select FTP.
4 Click Settings, then click Logging.
5 In the FTP log for anonymous users in the “Log Anonymous Users section, select
events you want to record.
6 In the FTP log for authenticated users in the “Log Authenticated Users” section, select
events you want to record.
7 Click Save.
To view the log, select FTP in Server Admin and click Log.

$ sudo serveradmin settings
ftp:logCommands:anonymous = value
ftp:logCommands:real = value
ftp:logSecurity:anonymous = value
ftp:logSecurity:real = value
ftp:logTransfers:anonymous:inbound = value

ftp:logTransfers:real:inbound = value
