The number of days required should be determined after a review of the customer's requirements.
• Additional charges may apply if services are provided to multiple locations.
• Some services may not be available in certain geographic locations.
• Services are performed Monday - Friday, between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time.
• Authorized on-site contact with name and phone number must be provided in advance of on-site visit.
• Authorized on-site contact must be able to provide access to the work site and an authorized signature when work is
completed.

Travel may be required and additional expenses incurred, resulting in additional charges depending on the distance
from the Apple consultant to the site.
• All part numbers are prepaid unless otherwise indicated.
Please use non prepaid part numbers for services which must be paid after delivery.
• All services must be used within 12 months of ordering.
