Set the disk lename
By default, the name of the burned disk matches the selected output channel strip (Output 1-2, if
the project was bounced using the File > Bounce > Project command.) When you burn a project,
you can change the lename for the disk.
m To change the lename, enter a new name in the Save As eld, then click Save.
When you bounce to multiple destination les, all the resulting les are saved in the chosen
folder. All les have the same lename, but with the appropriate le extensions (.ai, .mp3, .m4a,
and so on).
Set the bounce range
By default, when you bounce a project (by choosing File > Bounce > Project), the entire project
from start to end is bounced. You can bounce only part of a project by setting the bounce range
before performing a bounce. There are several ways to set the bounce range.
Set the bounce range
Do one of the following:
m Turn on Cycle mode. When Cycle mode is on, the bounce range matches the locator positions.
m Select one or more regions in the Tracks area. The bounce range matches the selected area.
m In the Bounce dialog, adjust the Start and End positions. When you open the Bounce dialog, the
Start and End positions match the bounce range (or the length of the project, if no regions are
selected and Cycle mode is o).
