View or clear recent search terms in the All Files Browser
Do one of the following:
m To view a recent search term: Click the magnifying glass icon at the left side of the search eld,
then choose a search term from the pop-up menu to display the results.
m To clear a search term: Click the small “x” at the right side of the search eld.
m To clear all search terms: Click the magnifying glass icon at the left side of the search eld, then
choose Clear Search History from the pop-up menu.
And or remove search conditions in the All Files Browser
Do one of the following:
m To add a search condition: Click the Add button (+) to the right of the search eld. You can add
additional search conditions (up to ten) by clicking the Add button (+) to the right of an existing
condition row.
m To remove a search condition: Click the Delete button (–) to the right of the condition row.
m To hide search conditions: Click the Delete button (–) to the right of the search eld.
All condition rows are hidden. You can restore them by clicking the Add button (+) to the right of
the search eld.
