Vintage Clav Eects window overview
No clavinet simulation would be complete without a selection of eect processors. Vintage Clav
incorporates three “classic” foot-pedal eect emulations: Distortion, Modulation, and Wah. Each
eect is modeled on pedals that were available in the heyday of the Clavinet—the 1970s—
adding an authentic sound to your performances. A simple compression circuit is also included
and can be placed anywhere in the eects chain.
Click the Master button to turn the entire eects section on or o. Each eect in the eects chain
can be independently turned on or o.
Vintage Clav eects work in series—where the output of one eect is fed into the next in an
eects chain. The routing order lets you choose whether a distorted signal should be wah-
ltered (for funkier sounds) or the wah-ltered sound should be distorted (for screaming
sounds)—as an example.
Horizontally drag the name of the eect to determine the order of the eects chain.
