Play AppleLoops in Logic Pro
After searching for loops in the Loop Browser, you can listen to the results to find the loop
that sounds best in your project. When you listen to a loop, you can hear it by itself (solo),
or play it together with the project.
Play a loop
1. In Logic Pro, select a loop in the search results list.
The loop plays back in the project’s tempo and key.
2. Drag the Volume slider at the bottom of the Loop Browser to adjust the volume of the
loop you’re listening to.
3. Click the loop again to stop playing.
Choose a key for loop playback
By default, loops play in the project key. You can choose the key a loop plays back in from
the Action pop-up menu.
To choose the playback key of the loop in Logic Pro, do one of the following:
To play back a loop in the project key: Choose Play in Song Key from the Action pop-up
menu.
To play back a loop in its original key: Choose Play in Original Key from the Action pop-
up menu.
To play back a loop in a specific key: Choose one of the available keys from the Action
pop-up menu.
