Holding down the Option key, drag the marquee selection area, release the mouse 2
button at bar 19 4 1 1 on the same track, then release the Option key.
The marquee selection area is copied at bar 19 4 1 1.
Copy a region using edit commands:
Click the Arrange area background to remove the previous marquee selection.1
Move the playhead to bar 20.2
Select the newly created region Gtr Fill.5 at bar 19 4 1 1.3
Choose Edit > Copy (or press Command-C).4
The region is copied.
