Drive Assembly
Before you begin, remove
the following:
• Fuser assembly
• Rear panel
• I/O shield
• Power supply
• Main motor
Note: The drive assembly
receives drive from the
main motor and transfers it
forward to the fuser
assembly gears. See
“Mechanical Drive Theory”
in Basics.
