Printer Utility and disable the Tray
Switching option if you do not want
paper to feed from a secondary
source when the selected source is
empty.
There is a problem in the sensing
system. Make sure that automatic tray
switching is off and try printing again.
If there are jam or pickup problems at
that point, refer to Figure 3.
