I/O Board Installation
Caution: To prevent ESD damage to the I/O board, wear a
grounding wriststrap. Review the ESD precautions in
Bulletins/Safety.
Warning: Never change I/O boards when the printer is
switched on or you can cause permanent damage to both the
printer and the I/O board.
1 Holding the board only by its edges and metal bracket,
slide the board into its opening as far as the board will
go.
2 Tighten the two retaining screws on the I/O board
bracket.
