ISO Symbol Set
Substitution This table provides a quick reference for the values of
special characters contained in ISO (International
Standards Organization) symbol sets. ISO symbol
sets contain the same characters as the ASCII symbol
set, except for the character positions listed in this
table. For example, within the ISO 21 (German)
symbol set, the “section” sign (§) replaces the @ sign
used in decimal position 64 of the ASCII symbol set.
