“Read my text messages”
“Text my wife”
“Tell Emily I’m in traffic and I’ll be 15 minutes late to the meeting”
Music
Use Music to access the music on your iPhone—including songs, artists,
albums, and playlists. Or tune in to Radio. CarPlay also lets you use
other audio apps that you download to your iPhone for podcasts, music,
and radio. Use the Now Playing screen to control playback, or use the
controls on your car’s steering wheel.
Ask Siri. Say something like:
“Play some music”
“Let’s hear that Mellow playlist”
Podcasts
Use the Podcasts app to listen to podcasts on your iPhone.
Ask Siri. Say something like:
“Play the Freakonomics Radio podcast”
“Skip ahead 45 seconds”
