1. Place the enclosure in the repair tray with the Lightning connector facing the cutout.

2. Use ESD-safe tweezers

to grasp the bottom left

battery adhesive tab and

gently peel it away from the

battery.

Peel the adhesive tab

completely away from the

battery before continuing

to step 3.

Important

4. Keep the tweezers close

and parallel to the battery

and twist until you see

white adhesive strip on the

tweezers.

Don’t pull the tweezers

until the white adhesive is

wrapped around them.

3. Hold down the iPhone. Use ESD-safe tweezers to grasp the bottom half of the battery adhesive tab

and slowly pull it outward.

Don’t scrape or puncture

the battery with the

tweezers.
