Hold the tweezers close and parallel to the battery as you twist.

8. Rotate the repair tray and put on the nitrile or lint-free gloves.

9. Use ESD-safe tweezers to
gently peel both battery
adhesive tabs from the top
of the battery.
10. Hold down the iPhone. Use ESD-safe tweezers to grasp one battery adhesive tab. Twist the tweezers
to wrap the adhesive strip around them.
