Battery and Charging
Don’t attempt to replace the iPhone batteryyourself—you may
damage the battery, which couldcause overheating, fire, and injury.
The lithium-ionbattery in your iPhone should be serviced or
recycled by Apple or an authorized service provider, andmust be
recycled ordisposed of separately fromhousehold waste. Dispose of
batteries according to your local environmental laws and guidelines.
