AppleCare Help Desk Support provides priority telephone access to Apples senior technical
support sta. It includes a suite of tools to diagnose and troubleshoot Apple hardware, which
can help institutions manage their resources more eciently, improve response time, and reduce
training costs. AppleCare Help Desk Support covers an unlimited number of support incidents
for hardware and software diagnosis and troubleshooting, and issue isolation for iOS and OS X
