o INTRODUCTION
Before
Read the section entitled "Things to Check"
You Start
before you begin
troubleshooting.
You need the
information in that section to troubleshoot the
ImageWriter II effectively.
If the suggestions in "Things to Check" do not correct a
problem, run the self-test (see Section 1, Basics).
How to Use
First find the symptom that most nearly describes the

problem; then perform the first corrective action on the

solution list. If that corrective action does not fix the
problem, go to the next one.
If you replace a module
and find that the problem remains, reinstall the
original module before you go on to the next
action.
If the symptoms displayed by the ImageWriter II are not
listed in the symptom charts, or if the system is not
displaying a clearly defined problem, use the "Flow
Chart" section.
