3. Hold the bezel of the CD-
ROM. With a paperclip,
move the eject
mechanism toward the
CD bezel as shown. Push
the eject mechanism
forward until you hear a
click.
4. Close the CD-ROM tray.
If the tray doesn’t latch,
check that the eject
mechanism is clear and
free of plastic parts. If it
still doesn’t latch, the
CD-ROM drive should be
replaced.
