Take Apart Audio/Video Interconnect Board - 53
1. Remove the silver screw
from the EMI shield on
the audio/video
interconnect board.
Note: There are two
versions of the audio/video
interconnect board; 922-
3589 (with an IrDA
connector) and 922-3741
(without an IrDA
connector). The /A and /B
iMacs use the 992-3589,
with IrDA. The five-colored
iMacs do not use the IrDA
technology. These sytems use
the 922-3741 board
without IrDA.
