Customers will need to check the instructions that came with
the device and install the Mac OS driver.
4 Bad USB connector. Connect the problem device directly into
one of the iMac USB ports or, if it’s already connected to one
of the iMac USB ports, switch it to the other port.
5 Bad USB device. Replace the USB device.
6 Replace the logic board.
