Electric Shock Precautions
High Voltage Warning
Never remove or install any physical components while the computer is plugged in to an electrical outlet.
When plugged in, the power supply and logic board are energized, even when the computer is powered off.
Unplug computer and, when possible, allow sufficient time for the power supply and logic board to self-discharge before
removing display panel.
DO NOT touch the logic board or power supply while the computer is plugged in, or before sufficient time has passed to
discharge stored voltage to a safe level after being unplugged.
Wait 2 minutes for self-discharge
After unplugging the computer from the electrical outlet, wait two minutes before removing display panel, disconnecting modules
or substituting cables and components.
This will allow the power supply and logic board time to discharge.
