About Scan Responses
Scan responses are one of the most commonly used custom responses.
To access the scan response settings:
1 Click the Create button in the Administration window’s Responses pane to create a
new response.
2 Choose Scan from the Response Action pop-up menu.
The Scan pane of the Response window contains settings that define what is being
scanned, the metadata that is applied to the items found by the scan, and the actual
scan mode and settings.
Scan Source Section
This is where you choose the device to scan and set the folder within that device to scan.
Choose Scan.
Click Scan to show the
Scan pane.
