Other screen display problems
If you have screen display problems other than the ones listed in this
appendix (such as lines of text running off the screen), you may have a
problem with your communications software.
The problem generally shows up as soon as you begin to send or receive data.
Check the user’s guide that came with your communications software to
confirm that your modem is set correctly.
If you’re dialing an on-line service, verify that your system is set to match
what the service requires.
The following table lists some of the display problems you may encounter.
Solutions will vary depending on your communications software.
