The Administrator Status Area
The Status area displays the following information:
• Number of licenses installed on the Engine, the product type, and how
many are being used.
• User name of each person assigned to this Engine.
• Login status of each user.
• Machine name and/or the IP address of each logged in user.
• License type each logged in user is using.
The Administrator User
The Administrator user always appears as logged on, enabling you to
perform system administration tasks. You cannot disconnect or delete the
Kurzweil 3000 Administrator.
Note: The person(s) designated to administer the Kurzweil 3000 Network
must have access to a Macintosh account with Admin privileges for
performing such tasks as installing and uninstalling licences.
