View lists

Add a new reminder.Tap an empty spot in the list. You can choose which of your Mail, Contacts,

and Calendars accounts is used to save the reminder. Outlook and Microsoft Exchange accounts

don’t support location-based reminders.

Delete a list.Beats me. Good luck with that.

Delete a reminder.Swipe the reminder to the left, then tap Delete.

Change the order of lists.Touch and hold the list name, then drag the list to a new location.

Get reminded when you arrive or leave a location.While editing a reminder, tap “Where?”.

Choose a location from the list, or enter an address. After you dene a location, drag to change

the size of the geofence on the map to set the approximate distance from the location you want

to be reminded.

Add common locations to your address card.When you set a location reminder, locations in the

list include addresses from your personal info card in Contacts. Add your work, home, or other

favorite addresses to your card for fast access in Reminders.

What list was that in?Pull down the list view to see the search eld. All lists are searched at

once, by name of the reminder. You can also use Siri to nd reminders. Say “Find the reminder

about milk.

Don’t bother me now.You can turn o Reminder notications. Go to Settings > Notications. To

silence them temporarily, turn on Do Not Disturb.

Set the tone played for notications: Go to Settings > Sounds.
