Choose button: Click to open a dialog for locating a destination for the HTTP live streaming assets.

Segment Duration eld: Enter a value (in seconds) to dene the segment lengths for the media.
This value denes how the video streams are split into segments. Segmentation governs when
the web server can switch between the various video formats while streaming to a device
with varying network connection speeds. A smaller value allows the server to respond more
quickly to changing connection speeds.

“Create Read Me le with sample HTML” checkbox: Select this checkbox to include a le with
basic HTTP live streaming usage information.
Run Automator Workow
Use this form to choose an Automator script to run.

Choose button: Click to open a dialog for locating and selecting an Automator script that
Compressor will execute automatically on completion of the transcoding job.
