Introduction to the Monitors & Sound
Control Panel
You can adjust the screen image using the buttons on the
front of the display or you can use the Monitors & Sound
control panel from AppleVision software. Most of the
adjustment procedures require use of the Monitors & Sound
control panel.
Important: For a complete description of the adjustments
you can make using the Monitors & Sound control panel,
refer to the following:
• For displays connected to computers using System 7.1,
click the linked document “MonSound.pdf” at left.
• For computers using System 7.5 or later, refer to the
Monitors & Sound Guide. The Monitors & Sound Guide is
available in the Guide menu whenever the Monitors &
