1 Pull back the plate on
the purge unit.
2 Push down the locking
tab.
Caution: To keep from
pushing down on the
carriage and damaging
the bubble-jet heads,
move the carriage by
pulling on the carriage
belt.
3 Move the carriage out of
home position.
