Fuser Oil Extraction (page 2 of 5)
Under normal conditions, you need only extract the oil from the reser-
voir itself. Step 1 describes the process of extracting oil from the reser-
voir.
When the control panel lights indicate an oil pump error (see “Power-
On Self Test” in Chapter 2), an oil-overflow condition is deemed to
exist. In this case, you must also extract oil from the well leading to the
oil overflow pan. Steps 2 and 3 describe this procedure.
