Operation Manual

Updating Your MobileMe Gallery Settings
You can set Aperture to automatically check to see whether new albums have been
uploaded to your MobileMe Gallery and download the new or changed albums to the
Library inspector by selecting the “Automatically check for newly published albums”
checkbox in the Web pane of the Aperture Preferences window. The Web preferences
pane also displays the amount of iDisk storage that youre currently using and the total
storage capacity to which you have access. When more storage space is needed, you can
purchase more by clicking the Account Details button.
If you want to permanently remove a MobileMe album from your MobileMe account, you
can select the MobileMe album in the Library inspector and delete it. Aperture removes
the MobileMe album from both the web and the Aperture library.
Warning: Deleting a MobileMe album permanently deletes the corresponding MobileMe
album online. If you want to temporarily remove a MobileMe account in Aperture, but
keep the albums and images as they are in your MobileMe Gallery, you can always
disable your MobileMe account in Aperture. For more information about disabling and
enabling accounts in Aperture, see Disabling and Enabling MobileMe, Flickr, and
Facebook Accounts.
