Layout
Use the following controls to choose the orientation of the images on the page, the image
size, and spacing between images when multiple images are printed on the same sheet
of paper.
• Orientation pop-up menu: Choose either the Landscape or Portrait aspect ratio from
this pop-up menu. The image version’s orientation should already be selected by
default.
Note: The orientation selection affects the placement of logos, titles, metadata, and
page numbers on the page.
• Image Size pop-up menu: Choose a fixed size for the printed image from the list of
available sizes, as well as Maximum to Fit and Custom. When Maximum to Fit is chosen,
Aperture prints as much of the image on the selected paper size as possible. When a
borderless paper size is chosen in the Paper Size pop-up menu, Aperture prints the
image with no borders.
When Custom is chosen, height and width fields appear beneath the Image Size pop-up
menu. To set a custom image size, enter new height and width values.
• Photo Per Page field: Enter the number of images per page to print.
Note: This option appears dimmed when the image size selection is too large for more
than one image to fit on the selected paper size.
• Same Photo Per Page checkbox: Select this checkbox to repeat the same photo multiple
times on the same page.
Note: This option appears dimmed when the image size selection is too large for two
images to fit on the selected paper size, or when the Photo Per Page option is set to
1.
