• Entering the name of a place or an address in the Location field in the Map pane of
the Metadata inspector

Aperture saves every location that has been assigned to an image. When you want to
quickly find photos you shot in New York City or the Grand Canyon, just choose the
location from the My Places list in the search field pop-up menu in Places view.
Important: To use Places, you must be connected to the Internet.
