2 Choose File > Locate Referenced Files.
The Referenced Files In Selection dialog appears.
The specific image and
metadata to help you
identify the file are
displayed here.
This column identifies
the hard disk location of
the referenced masters.
This column shows the
names of hard disks
where referenced
masters are located.
These columns identify
how many masters for
referenced images are
on the hard disk, and
how many are not found.
Locating a Referenced Images Master on a Hard Disk
At times, you may need to quickly find a referenced images master on your hard disk to
copy or move it, attach it to an email, or otherwise work with it outside of Aperture. You
can select an image in the Browser and Aperture will display the location of the images
master in the Finder.
To locate a referenced images master in the Finder
1 Select a referenced image in the Browser.
2 Choose File > Show in Finder.
