For example, if you group projects by year, the number of projects and photos created
in that year are displayed in the top-right corner of that year’s row.
2 Click the arrow button to filter Projects view to display only that year’s or folder’s projects.

Projects view displays the projects for the selected year or folder only. Click the All Projects
button at the top of the main window in Projects view to display the projects for all years
or folders.

You can sort projects by name, in ascending and descending order, and in the order the
projects appear from top to bottom in the Library inspector.
To sort projects by name

In Projects view, choose Name from the Sorting pop-up menu.
To sort projects in ascending order by the date the images were captured

In Projects view, choose Date Ascending from the Sorting pop-up menu.
To sort projects in descending order by the date the images were captured

In Projects view, choose Date Descending from the Sorting pop-up menu.
To sort projects by the order in which they appear in the Library inspector

In Projects view, choose Library from the Sorting pop-up menu.
If you have a large number of projects in your library, you can search for a specific project,
removing the others from view.
To search for projects by name

In Projects view, enter the name of the project you want to locate in the search field.
